PontiousPilate & The Naildrivers, New Single 'Ring a Rosie' out June 25th on FIFA Records

Pontious Pilate and The Naildrivers, follow up the success of their first FIFA Records release earlier this year with their new single ‘Ring a Rosie’. ‘Ring a Rosie’ is taken from their full-length debut album “Kick The Megaphone” due out later this year.

‘Ring a Rosie’ is another full-frontal anthem from the now 10-piece band. The song is in some parts observational and in others parts a first-person account of a situation of turmoil and is both a plea for help and call for action.

‘Ring a Rosie’ was recorded in Kitten Lane Studio's and co-produced by the band themselves and is their second outing with FIFA Records.

Pontious Pilate and The Naildrivers are busying themselves with writing and rehearsing new material and are bursting to get playing live again with some shows pencilled in for later in the year.

Since its founding in 2005, Cork label FIFA Records have continuously worked with exciting new Irish talent (One Morning in August, Klubber Lang, Fight Like Apes, Elastic Sleep, The Vincent(s), Hope is Noise) as well as releasing material from established names on the Irish indie scene such as The Frank & Walters, Emperor of Ice Cream, August Wells, Power of Dreams and Whipping Boy.

Το «Ring a Rosie» είναι ένας ακόμη πλήρης ύμνος από την μπάντα των 10 κομματιών. Το τραγούδι είναι σε ορισμένα σημεία παρατηρητικό και σε άλλα μέρη ένας λογαριασμός πρώτου προσώπου για μια κατάσταση αναταραχής και αποτελεί ταυτόχρονα έκκληση για βοήθεια και έκκληση για δράση.

Το «Ring a Rosie» ηχογραφήθηκε στα Kitten Lane Studio's και συμπαραγωγόταν από το ίδιο το συγκρότημα και είναι η δεύτερη συνεργασία τους με τη FIFA Records.

Ο Pontious Pilate και οι The Naildrivers απασχολούνται με το γράψιμο και την έκδοση νέου υλικού και ξεσπούν για να παίξουν ξανά ζωντανά σε κάποιες παραστάσεις για αργότερα μέσα στο έτος.
